REMOVAL OF TREES

After the removal of the fallen trees, many of our club members are assisting the groundsman with the removal of the concrete bases which supported the tennis nets

NEW TROPHY

A new trophy for the club's high handicap short lawn league has been commissioned.

The Trafalgar 2005 Plate has been so named as it will be presented for the first time on the 200th anniversary of the battle

Alan Makes Handicap Tournament Debut

Winning two games in grand style

Andrew Picked up the high handicap trophy

and Liz & Peter finished 3rd & 4th overall with Cath assisting the catering

OPEN DAY

We ran a Golf Croquet Tournament for Lytham Round Table Open Day. It was well contested by the RT membership with good reason. The first prize was a bag of Hoola Hoops with a packet of Jammy Dodgers for the longest hoop

(This was won by a shot at hoop 2 from East of the South baulk line).

We look forward to next year

MILLENNIUM WINNER

Lee Hartley representing Fylde won the N.W. Federation Millennium Handicap Tournament.

As a result Lee's handicap index was chopped 150 points by the Manager.

Andrew Webb also represented Fylde and gained experience playing at his new handicap

BANK HOLIDAY

Fylde Croquet Club Open Day for anyone to come and try Croquet - 2pm at the lawns. Please wear flat sole shoes. Ladies may find trousers more practical to play in.
